How guest details are used
Mizano collects only the contact, delivery, order and reservation details needed to provide the service you request.
- Purpose
- Fulfil orders, manage reservations, communicate status, prevent abuse and keep required financial records.
- Marketing
- Optional. Checkout consent is separate and can be declined without affecting an order.
- Access
- Authorized restaurant staff can access operational details for their assigned restaurant and branch. Private tracking and reservation links should not be shared.
- Retention and requests
- Operational and legal records are retained only as required. Contact the restaurant to request correction, export or deletion where applicable.
- Security
- Sensitive actions are access-controlled and audited. Payment credentials and authentication secrets are not stored in audit logs.
